NASPA Ski Garden is a skiers-only family snow resort located in the mountains of Yuzawa Town, Niigata Prefecture.  
     

NASPA Ski Garden is now closed for the 08/09 Season and will open again in December 09.  The NASPA New Otani Hotel is open all year round.

Just a few minutes from the main station of Echigo Yuzawa, but hidden in it's own wide space, the ski resort is located directly behind the impressive NASPA New Otani hotel, and is perfectly suited to families, beginners and intermediate skiers.

Regular shuttle buses run between Echigo Yuzawa Station to NASPA New Otani Resort. There is also a direct shuttle bus between NASPA Ski Garden and the well-known ski and snowboard resort, GALA Yuzawa ( 5 minutes ).

NASPA Ski Garden is part of the NASPA New Otani Resort - also home to NASPA New Otani Hotel, a deluxe hotel located just at the bottom of the slopes of the ski slopes and part of the New Otani group of hotels.

Public Internet Access in NASPA New Otani (New!)
There are now two internet-connected computers available for use on the Lobby Floor of the hotel (100 yen per 10 minutes).  In the same area, there are also two LAN connections available (free).  Open 4am-3am (23 hours daily).

Children from as young as 2 months can use the "Tanpopo House" Childcare facility at the resort.  More information here. 
When you buy a lift ticket at NASPA, you are automatically covered by insurance.  Please ask a member of staff for details.
NASPA operates a free shuttle bus service from Echigo Yuzawa Station and many main locations around the town of Yuzawa -  timetable here.
Extensive car parking is available - up to 2000 vehicles - and it is FREE!
